Thanks very much for the very nice stay, no reason to complain. The place is peaceful and perfectly clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 5 star rating. The location is beautiful, and the staff is really helpful. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located on the waterfront in Stone Town. The hotel provided a very good customer service during our trip...
Nothings.

We were in Zanzibar for 3 days, had relaxing stay, the hotel was reasonably clean with gorgeous location on a fantastically beautiful island. Location: the property was next to Stone Town at a couple of blocks from the Main Street and places to visit, the beach and the Indian Ocean and be served lunch.

I keep coming back because this place suits me perfectly! Excellent amenities like in-room breakfast, free wi-fi, and an infinity pool. The staff was kind, especially during my first visit when they helped my elderly parents with such warmth.

The seafood set menu was lovely 😍 Pairing Piri piri prawns with fine ocean views was a highlight of my stay. Rooms were lovely, but the noise from nearby clubs at night was annoying.

Charmed by the sea. The view of the sea with sailboats. Although its a large hotel, it does not seem chunky (like the neighboring Hyatt). Had luck with the room, bright and in the upper floor. Great view during lunch in the restaurant.

We explored the captivating Stone Town and visited Prison Island. The views were fine, and the staff were genuinely friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect for sightseeing. Just a heads up, the hotel could benefit from a gym.
Unfortunately, we faced an issue with hot water . Though the manager handled it well, it was still a little inconvenient.

I greatly appreciated the fine wooden interiors and rich cultural decor throughout the hotel. The common areas were beautifully designed, essential for seniors like myself.
More seating in common areas would be helpful.

the coffee shop was located right by the ocean 🌊, which was a lovely spot to sip on drinks. breakfast quality was top-notch and served early, perfect for early risers! the service from the staff was also welcoming and attentive.

Enjoyed fine ocean views from the balcony and the rooftop terrace served up a fantastic seafood menu. The pool area offers plenty of sunbeds.
The water pressure in the shower was weak, and housekeeping arrived to find empty body lotion and conditioner bottles-prompt response in replenishing but could use attention before check-in. The noise from the nearby Sunset Bar could disturb sensitive sleepers, especially those in southern flank rooms.
